About This Unique Transformation

This original structure was built between 1928-1930 and has sat vacant since 2006. The historic Worcester Boys Club structure will be renovated and transformed into 16 apartments with unique historic and architectural details, a full amenity space connected by a glass walkway/bridge to a new 5-story mid-rise comprised of 64 new apartments. Rental rates will be restricted based on area median income set at various levels including: 30% and 60% area median income.  Due to ongoing construction, we do not have an on-site leasing office open yet, however you can meet us in person by appointment at our nearby leasing office located at 21 Sailsbury Street at Voke Lofts anytime Monday-Friday from 9am – 5pm
